Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. Once processed, deliveries usually take 1-3 days from day of order depending on your location within Zambia.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid any delays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 3 days of receipt. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
